Lily Weightlifting is a facility for weightlifters and athletes pursuing strength gains. We offer a team environment with daily programming and coaching at local and national meets.

Weightlifting Team / Gym Membership

Includes gym access during open hours, daily weightlifting programming and coaching at local and national meets.

Youth Weightlifting

Class options for kids 10 and under, or weightlifting programming for ages 11-18. No experience needed

Class Membership

Strength classes in a group setting, offered during the evening and one Saturday morning option.
